- clothes are basic design, no patterns, covers most of her body

2. - Head & nose - pointier/sharp,
- Sleeves get shorter
- Addition of red to colour palette
- Starting to get beatle shape from apron
- long baggy pants keep idea of softness.

3. - All weight has moved to hips/bum - accents beatle shape of dress
- red, black, white, more pattern, better/tighter fit, more skin showing.
- getting  longer & pointier - stretched neck, pointed elbows, shorter hair, pointed head & nose.

4. - Scissor/thing like - very skinny
- huge height increase - compared to oven
pointy head, elbows
- high heels
- full back outfit - red shoes
- little/ no fat left on body, lots of skin showing

5. - skinless, needle like, no face, paper thin

* Gradual changes over time.
- takes more time to notice
- looks can be deceiving
- changes as Coraline perception of her changes.

* Start - colour is warm, inviting, by the end is green, unnatural & creepy

Workshop 2: Linking themes to the impact of Angles, Movement and Shots.

* High angle - Make the character 'Other Wybie' look small, weak and vulnerable.

* POV - Other Mother - dominant & powerful

* Medium shot - gives us some idea of the background but not fall

* Audience feels - powerful, we are looking down on Wybie through Other Mothers POV.
- sad/worried for Wybie - he looks small, sad, innocent
- first character in Other World to suggest something is not right

* Directors Purpose - Make us feel sorry for Wybie.
- Makes audience think that maybe the Other Mother isn't so nice - Foreshadowing.

In the shot with the Other Wybie and the Other Mother, high angle shots are used effectively to show the theme ' Looks can be Deceiving! This is demonstrated through a angle shot from the point of view of the Other Mother. She is looking down the front porch steps at a scared Other Wybie. This makes the audience feel sorry/worried for Wybie and makes the Other Mother seem powerful. The purpose of these scene was to make the audience think that maybe the Other Mother isn't so nice after all. Combined with the use of lighting, Wybie is in a warm light but surrounded by darkness, the Director has created an atmosphere of caution - something is not right. This reminds the viewer of a later scene where Coraline is looking up at the Other Mother in horror as she throws her through a magical portal into a locked room. This Shows that Looks Can Be Deceiving because the Other Mother wasn't nice like Coraline first thought.

Within this shot with Coraline and the Doll (also known as the Other Mothers Spy), The Dutch tilt is used effectively to show that 'Looks Can be Deceiving.

First and always we had to Mis en Place with our ingredients from the above. Secondly we sifted the flour, baking powder and the salt into one bowl while in the other bowl we had an egg that we had to beat. Next we added the milk to the egg and poured it into the dry ingredients and mixed it until all was combined.

Sustainability and Maths Reflection.

1. Summary of learning
For Sustainability, we learnt about multiple problem within our ecosystem to prove that the Earth was under Pressure, referring to the book we had to read. These were problems that ranged from Over Population to endangered species, poachers, pollution etc. We also watched a couple of clips for COVID-19, learning at the same time how to avoid it.

Reflection.

Something I learnt from this topic was to find efficient ways to sustain energy for many years to come, such as aero, hydro and solar energy. I enjoyed many of the maths topics such as mathletics and a website where we made objects with shapes.
